Tauern 2018
Hello, very good tour, very well organized, and everything worked perfectly. Thanks, I am globally very happy with your organization and services.
Two minor points for possible improvement.
1) Might be a coincidence, but I have the feeling that in some hotels (especially Salzburg and Passau), I got the worst room of the hotel i.e. the one located ground floor with direct noise from the main street, while these hotels have more quieter rooms with view on the back yard. Having booked the tour in early April, I would have expected to be given a better room, not the one that they should rent last. This being said, beside the noise, and the temperature (no air conditioning), the welcome in all hotels was very good.
2) It would be better to have a convenient parking place in Passau rather that in Schärding. I had to go by train to Schärding and walk half an hour under an heavy sun from the station to your office to pick my car back and drive back to Passau. Not very pleasant and 2-3 hours lost.
