Overall a very good experience
Overall a very good experience, however the planning was not ideal because the trip segments were too long sometimes, and a better selection of overnight hotel points could have been made. For example, the Petronel-Carnuntum location was very inconvenient and involved going back from the general trip direction which is east towards Budapest. It would have made much more sense to have the hotel booked in Bad-Deutch which was on the way, which would have saved us about 15 km of extra cycling in each direction. Also, we were very disappointed that we did not have a hotel stop in Bratislava which was on the way and which is a wonderful city, definitely worth visiting more than 1-2 hours which was all we could spare considering the very long cycling segment from Petronel-Carnuntum to Dunakiliti. Alexander who delivered the bicycles and covered this trip in case of emergency was very nice and hepful, took care to fit satisfactorily our bicycles, and answered all our questions at the beginning of the trip and we would like to thank him for that.
