Rad + Reisen did an excellent job setting up the hotels and taking our luggage from place to place and the bikes were pretty good. My only complaint is that R + R didn’t give us a tire pump as promised (fortunately, no flats) and my front derailleur was really off (the chain kept hitting it, in every gear). I managed to adjust it some but I had to keep it on the large ring. There were few hills, so not much of a problem. It was clear that they didn’t check out the bike before leaving it at the hotel for us. I’m guessing because it was one of the last trips of the year, they weren’t as on top of things.
