My friend and I had booked with you through Peter Jones, the leader of our group. He had requested twin beds for him and his friend David Armstrong and also for me and Dorothy Tyson. Our first night resulted in Dorothy and I having to share a double bed. The only alternative the hotel could offer was a room used by smokers. This was completely unacceptable. The following day Peter contacted Michael and it was hoped the problem would be sorted out. However the next night Peter and David had a double room and we had a camp bed and a double bed. As it was the weekend peter was unable to contact anyone until Monday as even the emergency number was switched off. this seems a very bad policy. An emergency number should be available 24 hours seven days a week. The rest of the holiday became a concern over who would get the separate beds. This does not give one confidence in the organisation.On a separate note the handle bar bag I brought home with me does not appear to have the necessary connection to attach it to my bicycle. Is it posable you could send me on? Thank you.
