the items which were poor/could have been improved:-1. Not being told that we would arrive on a Public Holiday2. Not being told we would have a bus journey to our half-board restaurant that first night.3. Having a very narrow selection of food for our Half-Board; often the same things every night.4. English in the guide & travel booklets sometimes not easy to understand.5. UNAVAILABILITY OF BOOKED SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ALMOST EVERY NIGHT; WHICH MEANT RELATIVE STRANGERS HAVING TO SHARE A BED.6. Lack of communication in respect of 5.; phone contact should really be possible at all times, for emergencies. 7. Lack of small homely items in some hotels, i.e. shower soap/shampoo; tea/coffee making facilities.8. Perhaps - a little more .information on restaurant stops on the route.
