Danube Ride - Passau To Vienna
We had a good time on our now 3rd Rad and Reisen bike tour, even biking through the high heat in Austria on the first three days of our trip. However we did have an unsatisfactory experience with your partner hotel in Vienna (Hotel Roomz Vienna Prater). We had an early flight out on our last day and had enquired the day before about a “to-go” breakfast for ourselves and the other party (Jungs) who went on the trip with us. We were assured this could be arranged and available at our departure. However the morning of our departure, there appeared to be a miscommunication between the young man who helped us the previous day and the front office and restaurant staff that morning. No one knew about the arrangements. We waited about 25 minutes for this to be sorted out and then left as we couldn’t wait any longer as we had to go and catch our flight. If the “to-go” breakfast option couldn’t be accommodated for us, we wish we would’ve been advised of that at the time of enquiry, so we could have made other arrangements, rather than be stressed out at the end of a pleasant trip with the worry of making our transit ports.
