Passau to Vienna
We thoroughly enjoyed our Austrian bike tour vacation. This was our second time with Rad & Reisen. Definitely will consider you again for our next booking! Arrival and check out at each hotel was simple and easy.
A few suggestions -
1. Provide flexibility on when we can pick up the bikes. We went on the day before we started the tour but was told that we could only pick up on the morning on the day we leave. This did not make sense as it would mean delaying our start on the first day. Luckily, he agreed to set up our bikes while we waited.
2. Clearer directions on how to get from the bike path onto the bridge at Linz
2a. Provide an alternative route to Park Inn to avoid the trams and tramway tracks on Landstraße. Though it is a beautiful street, North American riders are not used to riding in this type of traffic.
3. Hotel Wachau was nice but it was too far away from the center of town
