Breathtaking scenery, outstanding hotel, bicycles, routes and logistics
Drove to Niederdorf/Villa Bassa from Venice Marco Polo Airport to a warm welcome and dinner at the Adler Hotel. Excellent rooms and meals with friendly and diligent staff. The documentation for the cycle tour was ready for us at the reception and we had a briefing from Fun Active Tours the next morning. All the logistics worked impeccably, with transportation to the various starting points or pick up for the return trip to the hotel, depending on the day´s route. The bikes were in perfect condition with saddle bags, handle bars bags, locks, pumps and tools. Excellent route maps. Breakfasts and dinners at the hotel were fantastic. For our family of ten, out on an anniversary celebration, this is an experience we will never forget. One of our grandchildren is a 10 year old girl who performed brilliantly throughout the 150 km tour, thanks in part to her stamina, but also for the excellent bike provided by Sun Active Tours and the well thought-out routes.
