When I first started looking and had questions, someone from your agency called me in the USA to discuss my concerns. Then Was taken over by Julia. Julia was exceptional - I mean exceptional! Responsive, informative, helpful, kind, thorough, everything! Once when she was away, and I had some questions or concerns close to my trip, another agent, I believe it was a Maria, called me to discuss my questions. I cannot be more happy with your company and the hotels you put us in. Please please please - know that you have a gem in a person like Julia.
Once I was concerned about weather, and Julia worked with me to offer some alternatives if needed. Bottom line, exceptional service from the beginning to the end by Julia and the two other people I dealt with at Rad and Reisen.
