We very much enjoyed our ?Round Rhodes cycle tour. Scenery was great. The route, however, had a lot of hills, so without E-bike it was a real workout. Hotels were all small, all very clean, and they were in nontouristy villages (1 exception was a large "all-inclusive" hotel in a more touristy area). We were glad to have experienced these small hotels and villages. The tour included breakfasts each morning, plus three dinners: all were good.

Note that all of the route was on roads shared with cars, buses, etc. In most cases (4 of 6 days), however, the traffic was low, so this was not generally a problem. A few times over short distances, the suggested route went over unsurfaced roads which we felt were too rough for comfortable rides on our bikes. The tour book should give clear alternatives.

One of us had an E-bike while the other used a regular 24-speed. Both were glad for their choices.

We were the only clients on this tour. Our pickup at the airport at the beginning, the daily delivery of our luggage at each hotel, and the transport at the end of the tour all went well without flaw.

Improvements needed:
(i) Improve the tour book format: The "tour book" was just an A4 printout, and not the "flip-book" we are used to that would fit into a handlebar bag mapholder
(ii) provide a handlebar bag with map holder (standard on our 2 previous R&R-booked bike trips. (One bike was given a cheap plastic cover that did not attach properly and was difficult to use.)
(iii) Improve the tourbook contents. The print in the tour book was too small. It did not indicate suggested places to stop for drink or food. Actual km was hard to determine because Rhodes has no regular km markings on roads AND the computer on the bicycles was not accurate (didn?t work at all on 1 bike). Perhaps give more clear notes (buildings etc) to help locate oneself. Fortunately, after I asked, I was provided a gpx file so that I could use with my smartphone and maps (again, it would have helped to have a proper mapholder). These gpx files should be automatically provided.
(iv) It would be nice if the tour leader (who was only there at the start and end of week) would have sat down with us and gone over the route for each day, and to have provided suggestions, warnings, etc
(v) ensure km readings on bike computers are accurate
(vi) one hotel (in Archángellos) needs upgrading (not necessarily changing): there were no mosquito screens (and the bathroom window couldn?t be properly shut against mosquitoes) and bed/pillows very uncomfortable. These issues would be easy to upgrade. We must note that the Archángellos hotel lady was VERY nice and the breakfast good.

Despite the above suggested "improvements", we very much enjoyed the tour and would recommend it.
