Good trip but hotel selection for Cat A was poor
Hotel in Pisa is a long way from the town centre.
Really need to be able to walk to the centre but it took a over 35 mins to walk
Hotel in Lucca - hotel Bernardo was very poor and we would not recommend and would not travel with R+R again if we thought we would get this standard of hotel again
Hotel in Florence did not have a pool, which a after 5 days cycling was very disappointing .
Overall help by Urban was good just need to resolve hotels and make Cat A a better selection or offer more detailed choice
