We were very satisfied with most aspects of this tour. The local representative was very helpful and friendly.
The gears on the e-bike we were provided with were not well adjusted. We exchanged the bike on the third day.
The rear derailleur gears on the 21-speed bike were not perfectly adjusted but this did not affect safety or comfort.
The road book was generally good. Sketch maps for finding directions at the start of alternative routes and finding the way through some villages would have been helpful
