Lovely holiday & route
The route was very pleasant & relaxing when alongside the river, & passed through quaint villages & interesting towns. We were pleased to get to know this area of Germany. 60km is too far for me, so I missed the first day & took the car to Schweinfurt, where the B&B hotel offers "Die Ausfahrtstickets kannst du als Hotelgast direkt im Hotel, unabhängig von der Parkdauer, für nur 10,00 ? erwerben." We completed the other days? rides, using the train from Klingenberg on the last day. I should have asked if it was possible to split some days into 2 stretches of about 30km. Perhaps it is possible to customise the holiday? Although I chose Radreisen over Radwegreisen because there was a stop in Wurzburg, we arrived too late & tired to sightsee, but went back by car afterwards.
