Route

Tour profile / Level 2-3

The route mostly follows paved roads which are quiet if you avoid the holidays. The route does involve several relatively steep inclines. You should have a sound level of fitness. If you wish you can spend half or whole days on the ship and go swimming instead of cycling.

Day 1: Trogir – Brac Island, approx. 25 km/ 380 vertical metres

Boarding between 1 pm and 2 pm in Trogir. The guide will welcome you with a drink and a snack. In the afternoon to Braè island. Bike tour Supetar-Puèišæa.

Day 2: Brac Island – Korcula Island, approx. 30 km/ 540 vertical metres

In the morning, the boat takes you to the Pelješac peninsula, to a small village called Lovište. In the concealed bay you leave the boat and cycle via Viganj and Kuèište to Orebiæ. This last town is the main city on the peninsula and lies at the foot of Sveti Iliha mountain (961 metres). The boat awaits you there and takes you over to Korèula island. This afternoon’s bike tour brings you to Raèišæe. From there you cycle back to Korèula and on to Lumbarda where you spend the night.

Day 3: Korcula Island – Mljet Island – Elafiten Archipel, approx. 30 km/ 700 vertical metres

Enjoy your morning on the boat while heading towards Mljet Island. Cycling from Sobra through the woods of the Island via Prozura to Saplunara. After lunch and a swim-break cycle back to Sobra where the ship welcomes you and brings you to your next destination: Elafiten-Island Sipan.

Day 4: Island Sipan – Dubrovnik, approx. 10 km/ 110 vertical metres

Bike tour on Šipan island from Šipanska Luka to Suðurað and back. The boat takes you to Dubrovnik, where you arrive around midday. There‘s enough time to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5: Dubrovnik – Peninsula Peljesac, approx. 25 km/ 270 vertical metres

In the morning cruise to Prapratno on Peljesac peninsula. From there cycling to Ston and Mali Ston, 2 towns which are connected with a 5,5 km wall. It is also home to the oldest and largest saline of the entire Mediterranean Sea, which was erected before the birth of Christ. Over Dubrava and Žuljana, you will then cycle to Trstenik, where your boat is already waiting to take you to Kućište.

Day 6: Peninsula Peljesac – Hvar Island, approx. 40 km/ 600 vertical metres

First the ship takes you to Hvar. From here you cycle through lavender fields and vineyards to Stari Grad, the oldest settlement on the island. In Stari Grad, lunch is served on board, then you will be off to the second part of your cycling tour, a circular tour on Vrboska and Jelsa. You will stay in the port of Stari Grad.

    Bicycle

    Bicycles and Equipment

    21-speed-bike

We rent comfortable  bikes in a variety of frame sizes to our guests derailleur gears and free-wheel.

    Electric bikes | E-bikes | Pedelecs

With the Raleigh Dover Impulse 8 HS  (8-gear bike with free-wheel) every bike tour is a breeze! If you had few opportunities to cycle over the last weeks or if you are not sure concerning your fitness, but also with physical disabilities, every bike ride is a treat! The shiftable, low noise electric drive of our modern electric bike relieves you of some of the work and increases the pedal force up to 3 times ... So you can now book a bike tour together with cyclists who have different fitness levels. Acclivity can be handled easily.

All Ebikes are fitted with panniers.

Note: E-bikes are a great development, but should be - due to their driving characteristics (high weight + high speed) - booked only by very safe and experienced cyclists with a very good sense of balance. Not suitable are electric bikes for people who rarely ride a bicycle.
