Holland + Flanders 2026
Compared to previous trip (rad and reisen Danube river) we were a little disappointed
While our vessel and our rooms were very satisfactory the quality and lack of variety in the food offerings were generally poor
Our trip did not start well when we were not provided with the location our vessel was leaving Amsterdam from. Two emails initiated by me were not responded to and a WhatsApp message to the advised Tour guide was meet with a ?I´m not your tour guide? that said they were able to provide us with the location of our ship
The communication on board was generally poor. We did not get to complete the short ride on day 1 and not advised why, did not have the opportunity to complete the ride on day 3 due to the lock being busier then expected (not convinced it wasn´t poor organisation on behalf of the operators) and the staff overall did not seem to be interested in assisting unless it was their specific role.
In summary the vessel and room facilities were great but the communication when things weren´t happening in line with the itinerary was poor
