Family Holidays (SPAIN)
Tour booked via web and email. The communication was perfect both with Marie and Julia, always ready to solve all our doubts previous the tour.We had a problema with airline strikes and they were able to manage quickly all the changes and helpfull information needed.
Regarding the tour, it was perfectly detailed in the information received via email previous the tour start, and when we arrived at the first hotel we received the final documentation with additional details (tour map, train ticket, several vouchers and discounts…)
We think the price-quality ratio is very nice. In addition to this, I would like to thank the assistance an support received in all the hotels which were able to adapt their timetables to give us the dinner late (spanish timetable) or look for a restaurant that could give us something for dinner 15minutes before their kitchen closure.
If we decide to do another tour like this RAD REISEN will be our first choice for sure, thanks for all !!! Best Regards
