Excellent in most areas. Receiving maps on night before departure made it difficult to match route to tour description. Little time to plan. No google street view in Germany/Austria is bizarre. Hard to locate some hotels. Additional map information on hotels would be helpful. I had to rely on phone navigation quite a lot. More information on shops restaurants and water stops would also be of assistance as some stages were quite long before we met another rest point. I was unaware of the Bank holiday and the closure of shops which meant nowhere to buy water fruit sun creams and other bits and pieces. Hotel staff efficient but could offer some more assistance with regard to local facilities and attractions, especially in Vienna and bigger city locations. More advance warning about arrival in Linz as road was busy and dangerous at 5pm on a Friday.
