    LANGUAGES ON BOARD

    German, English

Aboard our boats you’ll be joined by travelling companions from all over, as well as a Tour Leader who speaks the group’s two main languages – usually English and German. Shall we bet that you’ll go back home with a smattering of French?

    Bicycle

    Bicycles inclusive panniers:

The offered & included 27-speed-hybrid bicycles are citybikes with an aluminium frame and kitted with responsive brakes and gears. Plus: mudguards, comfort gel saddles, flat-palmed grips, Schwalbe Marathon anti-puncture tyres.

    E-bikes

By popular demand, we have now invested in a considerable number of e-bikes, much favoured by cyclists who love the great Outdoors, but prefer to let the bike take the strain.

With an electro bike every bike tour is a breeze! If you had few opportunities to cycle over the last weeks or if you are not sure concerning your fitness, but also with physical disabilities, every bike ride is a treat! The shiftable, low noise electric drive of our modern E-bike relieves you of some of the work and increases the pedal force up to 3 times ... So you can now book a bike tour together with cyclists who have different fitness level. Acclivity can be handled easily.

Tip: E-bikes are a great development, but should be - due to their driving characteristics (high weight + high speed) - booked only by very safe and experienced cyclists with a very good sense of balance. Not suitable are electric bikes for people who rarely ride a bicycle.

    Good cycling, sub-par boat

We had a so-so week on the Anna Maria. The cabins are very small, which we expected. The food, however, was a disappointment. Breakfast was the same every morning. Always the same type of bread. No eggs, pastries, croissants, or rolls. Only one ...
